Представлено клиническое наблюдение редкого случая метастаза беспигментной меланомы в тонкую кишку (без клинически определяемого первичного очага), осложненного перфорацией, кровотечением и тонкокишечной непроходимостью, успешно излеченного в результате хирургической операции с хорошими непосредственными и отдаленными результатами.

The paper presents the clinical observation of a rare case of metastasis of amelanotic melanoma of the small intestine without a clinically determined primary tumor complicated with perforation, bleeding and small intestinal obstruction, successfully treated by surgery, with good immediate and long-term results.
