There were performed the examinations in 52 patients with tumors situated in projection of central gyrus. The neurosurgical interference was admitted as inappropriate in 3 (5,8%) patients. The volume of planned operation was reduced in 14 (26,9%) cases. The examination of 15 (28,9%) patients allowed choice of the correct access trajectory. The navigated transcranial magnetic stimulation assisted in performance of more safe removal of neoplasms closed to the functionally meaningful zones of the brain in 20 (38,4%).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>опухоли головного мозга</kwd><kwd>моторная зона коры головного мозга</kwd><kwd>кортико-спинальный тракт</kwd><kwd>навигационная транскраниальная магнитная стимуляция</kwd><kwd>магнитно-резонансная трактография</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>tumors of the brain</kwd><kwd>motor zone of the cerebral cortex</kwd><kwd>corticospinal tract</kwd><kwd>navigated transcranial magnetic stimulation</kwd><kwd>magnetic resonance tractography</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Баарс Б., Гейдж Н.
