Лечение осложнений язвенной болезни является актуальной проблемой в абдоминальной хирургии, что связано с высокой частотой кровотечений (19-57) и перфораций (3-14 случаев на 100 000 населения). ЦЕЛЬ. Оценить возможность прогнозирования развития осложнений язвенной болезни на основании соотношения уровня мелатониновых рецепторов (МТ1/МТ2) в слизистой оболочке двенадцатиперстной кишки.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы и материалы</title><p>Методы и материалы. Были обследованы 56 пациентов с различным течением язвенной болезни. Всем выполнена эзофагогастродуоденоскопия с биопсией слизистой бульбарной зоны. Биоптаты анализировали на проточном цитометре. Результаты обрабатывали статистически.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Соотношение рецепторов мелатонина (МТ1/МТ2) значимо отличалось в группе пациентов с кровотечением и в группе с перфорацией. При проведении статистического анализа было выявлено, что при значении МТ1/МТ2≥1,7 можно предполагать развитие у пациента осложнения в виде перфорации язвы или кровотечения из нее.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Метод определения соотношения уровня рецепторов мелатонина (МТ1/МТ2) у пациентов с язвенной болезнью может быть использован для прогнозирования риска осложнений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Treatment of complications of peptic ulcer disease is an urgent problem in abdominal surgery due to the high prevalence of bleeding (19-57) and perforations (3-14 cases per 100,000 population).</p><p>The objective of the study was to assess the possibility of predicting the development of ulcerative disease complications determining the ratio of the level of melatonin receptors (MT1/MT2) in the duodenal mucosa.</p><sec><title>Methods and materials</title><p>Methods and materials. 56 patients with different course of peptic ulcer disease were examined. All patients underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy with biopsy of the bulb duodenum. Biopsies were analyzed on a flow cytometer. The results were statistically processed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The ratio of melatonin receptors MT1/MT2 significantly differed in the group of patients with bleeding and in the group with perforation. During the statistical analysis, it was found that at a value of MT1/MT2≥1,7, it is possible to assume the development of complications in the patient in the form of perforation or bleeding.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
