Показана возможность окончательного реконструктивно-восстановительного лечения сложного повреждения таза у пострадавшей с сочетанной травмой в остром периоде травматической болезни. Применен способ лечения с использованием методик непрямой репозиции, ограниченных доступов, стабильно-функционального остеосинтеза, что позволило получить хороший анатомо-функциональный исход. 

 

The final reconstructive treatment of complex pelvic injury in a patient with combined trauma in the acute period of traumatic disease is presented. Indirect reposition, limited access, stable functional osteosynthesis were performed, which allowed to obtain a good anatomical and functional outcome.
