Представлен краткий обзор литературы и собственный опыт использования Бивалирудина в качестве альтернативного интраоперационного антикоагулянта при операции эндопротезирования аневризмы брюшной аорты у пациента с гепарин-индуцированной тромбоцитопенией 2-го типа.

In the issue the authors report brief literature review and the case of use of bivalirudin as an alternative intraoperative anticoagulant for endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair in a patient with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia.
