Болезнь Боуэна – онкологическое заболевание, которое редко встречается в практике врача-колопроктолога. Дифференциальная диагностика и возможность полноценного обследования определяют своевременно поставленный правильный диагноз. Хирургическое вмешательство является радикальным и эффективным методом лечения злокачественных новообразований кожи перианальной области. Представляем клинический случай, описывающий успешное лечение перианальной формы болезни Боуэна. 

Bowen’s disease is the oncological process, which is rarely found in coloproctologist practice. Early verified diagnosis is ensured of possibility of full checkup and differential diagnostic. Surgery is radical and effective treatment of a perianal skin cancer. We report about the clinical case that describes successful treatment of perianal Bowen’s disease.
