Отмечен хороший результат лечения с помощью вакуум-ассистированных повязок на этапе очищения раны с последующей пластикой передней грудной стенки кожно-подкожно-фасциально-мышечным лоскутом на верхней надчревной артерии. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We presented the case history of a 71-year-old patient who underwent sternotomy and aortic valve replacement, which was complicated by the development of poststernotomy mediastinitis.
