Ранее начало энтерального питания играет важную роль в улучшении результатов лечения ОП. В данном случае демонстрируется оригинальный метод дренирования двенадцатиперстной кишки и зондового интестинального питания.</p><p>Представлен случай лечения пациентки со среднетяжелой формой острого панкреатита и относительно высоким риском летального исхода. Достигнут положительный эффект терапии с помощью разработанного инновационного метода селективного питания с изоляцией двенадцатиперстной кишки. Благодаря пункционному дренированию брюшной полости под контролем УЗИ по поводу ферментативного перитонита и раннему искусственному питанию удалось предотвратить процесс инфицирования и развития полиорганной недостаточности.</p><p>Разработанный метод аспирации дуоденального содержимого и раннего зондового еюнального питания показал свою эффективность и безопасность.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Conservative treatment of severe and moderately severe acute pancreatitis (AP) with a focus on reducing suppurative complications poses a challenging task. The early initiation of enteral nutrition plays a crucial role in improving AP treatment outcomes. This case presentation illustrates an original method of duodenal drainage and intestinal tube feeding.</p><p>A case of a patient with moderately severe acute pancreatitis and a relatively high risk of a fatal outcome is presented. Positive therapeutic effects were achieved through the innovative method of selective feeding with duodenal isolation. Percutaneous drainage of the abdominal cavity under ultrasound control for enzymatic peritonitis, coupled with early artificial feeding, successfully prevented infection and the development of multiorgan failure.</p><p>The developed method of duodenal content aspiration and early jejunal tube feeding has demonstrated both effectiveness and safety.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>острый панкреатит</kwd><kwd>панкреонекроз</kwd><kwd>осложнения панкреонекроза</kwd><kwd>зондовое еюнальное питание</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>acute pancreatitis</kwd><kwd>pancreatic necrosis</kwd><kwd>complications of pancreatic necrosis</kwd><kwd>jejunal tube feeding</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Peery A.
