Острый травматический панкреатит является одной из этиологический форм острого панкреатита, основной причиной развития которого является механическая травма поджелудочной железы. Представлен клинический случай успешного лечения пациента с острым травматическим панкреатитом, развившимся в результате осколочного торакоабдоминального ранения с повреждением поджелудочной железы, и его осложнениями с применением мультидисциплинарного подхода. Продемонстрированы возможности реализации тактики «контроля повреждений» на всех этапах оказания медицинской помощи.

Acute traumatic pancreatitis is one of the etiological forms of acute pancreatitis, the main cause of the development of which is mechanical trauma to the pancreas. A clinical case of successful treatment of a patient with acute traumatic pancreatitis developed as a result of a shrapnel thoracoabdominal injury with pancreatic damage and its complications using a multidisciplinary approach is presented. The possibilities of implementing the tactics of “damage control” at all stages of medical care are demonstrated.
