Значимая митральная регургитация в настоящее время является широко распространенным приобретенным клапанным пороком сердца и ассоциируется со значительным снижением выживаемости и ухудшением качества жизни. Одним из новых, недостаточно изученных, минимально-инвазивных методов коррекции значимой митральной регургитации является трансапикальная имплантация неохорд, где основным методом визуализации является эхокардиография.</p></sec><sec><title>ЦЕЛЬ</title><p>ЦЕЛЬ. Осуществить анализ данных мировых исследований, посвященных проблеме эхокардиографической навигации при имплантации трансапикальных митральных неохорд. Определить эхокардиографические критерии, применимые к операции имплантации неохорд.</p></sec><sec><title>МЕТОДЫ И МАТЕРИАЛЫ</title><p>МЕТОДЫ И МАТЕРИАЛЫ. Проведен анализ исследований, посвященных применению эхокардиографии при имплантации трансапикальных митральных неохорд. Поиск осуществлялся по базам данных PubMed, ResearchGate, Hindawi.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. В ходе проведенного анализа выяснилось, что основным методом визуализации митрального клапана при имплантации трансапикальных неохорд является 2D и 3D чреспищеводная эхокардиография. Были определены специфические параметры, которые могут дополнить стандартный протокол эхокардиографической оценки митрального клапана.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧНИЕ. Результаты проведенного анализа показали, что необходимо суммировать опыт существующих исследований и стандартизировать подход к эхокардиографической визуализации митрального клапана при имплантации трансапикальных неохорд.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>INTRODUCTION</title><p>INTRODUCTION. Significant mitral regurgitation is currently a widespread acquired valvular heart disease and is associated with a significant decrease in survival and deterioration in quality of life. One of the new, unclearly studied, minimally invasive method for correcting significant mitral regurgitation is transapical neochord mitral valve repair, where echocardiography is the key imaging tool.</p><p>The OBJECTIVE was to analyze the data of world studies devoted to the problem of echocardiographic navigation in transapical neochord mitral valve repair, to determine the echocardiographic criteria applicable to neochord implantation surgery.</p></sec><sec><title> METHODS AND MATHERIALS</title><p> METHODS AND MATHERIALS. The analysis of studies about using echocardiography in the transapical neochord mitral valve repair has been carried out. Databases searched in this review included PubMed, ResearchGate, and Hindawi.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. During the analysis, we figured out that 2D and 3D transesophageal echocardiography is the main method for mitral valve imaging during transapical neochord mitral valve repair. Specific parameters which can be useful in addition for standard echocardiographic protocol of mitral valve evaluation have been identified.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION.
