Несмотря на все преимущества данной методики, существует ряд осложнений, связанных с ней, одним из которых является деформация протеза с последующим нарушением его функции. Выбор тактики дальнейшего лечения пациентов с деформацией имплантированного протеза – это сложная и многофакторная задача. Операцией выбора при данном осложнении является повторное транскатетерное протезирование аортального клапана по методике «клапан-в-клапан».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Transcatheter aortic valve implantation is one of the most modern and promising techniques of surgical interventions in the arsenal of X-ray endovascular surgeon. Despite all the advantages of this technique, there are a number of complications associated with it; one of them is deformation of the prosthesis with subsequent impairment of its function. The choice of the tactics of further treatment of patients with deformation of the implanted prosthesis is a complex and multifactorial task.
