<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the treatment of patients with choledocholithiasis. The issues of treatment of complex choledocholithiasis – an unremovable calculus of the common bile duct were considered. The results of 7 patients with complex choledolithiasis were analyzed. A method of stenting the common bile duct was proposed; when analyzing the results, it was noted that the size of the stones decreased in most patients – during rehospitalization, stones were not found in 2 patients, in the remaining 5 patients, stones were removed; a conclusion was made about the effectiveness of the staged treatment of patients in such situation.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>желчекаменная болезнь</kwd><kwd>холедохолитиаз</kwd><kwd>транспапиллярные вмешательства</kwd><kwd>стентирование холедоха</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cholelithiasis</kwd><kwd>choledocholithiasis</kwd><kwd>transpapillary interventions</kwd><kwd>choledochal stenting</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Stefanidis G., Christodoulou C., Manolakopoulos S., Chuttani R.
