Цель – улучшение результатов лечения пациентов хирургического профиля в предоперационном периоде с сопутствующими эрозивно-язвенными поражениями гастродуоденальной зоны.

Методы и материалы

Методы и материалы. Наблюдались 40 пациентов, находившихся на стационарном лечении в период с марта по декабрь 2024 г. Результаты исследования фиксировали на следующих этапах: I – контроль, до назначения препарата, II – после 3–5 дней терапии Омепразолом/Лансоном-АФ. У всех больных, включенных в исследование, на I и II этапах определяли динамику основных общеклинических и биохимических лабораторных показателей и результатов фиброгастродуоденоскопии (ФГДС). Статистическая обработка данных производилась с помощью программы IBM SPSS Statistics 20.

Результаты

Результаты. По данным ФГДС, у пациентов на 1 этапе исследования были выявлены дефекты слизистой оболочки гастродуоденальной зоны различной степени выраженности. После 1 этапа пациенты были разделены на 2 группы: контроля и сравнения. В группе контроля проводилась антисекреторная терапия Омепразолом, в группе сравнения – препаратом Лансон-АФ в течение 3–4 суток. При повторной ФГДС отмечалось снижение гиперемии, отека, отсутствие видимого дефекта слизистой оболочки желудка и/или двенадцатиперстной кишки. При применении Омепразола репарация язвенного дефекта на 3–4 сутки была достигнута у 40 % пациентов, при применении Лансона-АФ в 92 % случаев.

Заключение

Заключение. Назначение препарата Лансон-АФ более эффективно в сравнении с омепразолом с целью предоперационной подготовки больных с дефектами слизистой оболочки желудка и/или двенадцатиперстной кишки к плановым операциям. Нежелательных явлений при применении Лансона-АФ зарегистрировано не было. 

The objective was to improve the results of treatment of surgical patients in the perioperative period with concomitant erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastroduodenal zone.

Methods abd materials

Methods abd materials. 41 patients receiving inpatient care were observed from March to December 2024. The results of the study were registered for the following stages: 1 – the control before prescribing the drug, 2 – after 3–5 days of therapy with Omeprazole/Lanson-AF. All patients included in the study were assessed at stages 1 and 2 according to the dynamics of the main general clinical and biochemical laboratory parameters and the results of fibrogastroduodenoscopy (FGDS). Statistical data processing was performed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program.

Results

Results. According to FGDS data, defects of the gastroduodenal mucosa of varying severity were detected in patients at the 1st stage of the study. After the 1st stage, patients were divided into 2 groups: control and comparison. Antisecretory therapy with Omeprazole was performed in the control group, and Lanson-AF was performed for 3–4 days in the comparison group. In the control FGDS, there was a decrease in hyperemia, edema, and the absence of a visible defect in the gastric and/or duodenal mucosa. With Omeprazole, ulcerative defect repair was achieved by 3–4 days in 40 % of patients, with Lanson-AF in 92 % of cases.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The appointment of the drug Lanson-AF is more effective than Omeprazole for the purpose of preoperative preparation of patients with defects of the gastric and/ or duodenal mucosa for elective surgery. No adverse events have been reported with the use of Lanson-AF.
