В обзоре рассматривается эволюция и определение гибридных вмешательств, фенотипические особенности мультифокального поражения артерий нижних конечностей, результаты крупных исследований, современные подходы к хирургическому лечению и перспективы новых вмешательств, а также возможные осложнения и их коррекция.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hybrid vascular surgery represents a promising approach to treating occlusive atherosclerosis, combining endovascular and open surgical methods.
