Оценить эффективность применения метода вакуумного аспирационного дренирования у новорожденных детей с осложненным заживлением мягких тканей стернотомной раны после кардиохирургических вмешательств. МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ. Вакуумное аспирационное дренирование мягких тканей грудной клетки было выполнено 9 пациентам с нарушением заживления операционной раны. Возраст пациентов от 1 до 27 дней, масса тела - от 2,3 до 3,6 кг (в среднем 3,2 кг). РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Время выявления признаков несостоятельности мягких тканей после закрытия раны грудной клетки составляло от 5 до 9 дней. Длительность вакуумного дренирования составила от 5 до 14 дней (в среднем 9 дней). Этот метод позволил достичь эффективного очищения раны и после наложения вторичных швов заживления без особенностей. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Применение данного метода позволяет эффективно и в короткие сроки добиться заживления мягких тканей стернотомной раны инфекционной и неинфекционной природы у новорожденных детей после кардиохирургических вмешательств.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>OBJECTIVE. The study evaluated the efficacy of application of the method of vacuum-assisted closure in neonates with complicated healing of sternotomy soft tissue wounds after cardiac surgery. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Vacuum-assisted therapy of soft tissue of the thorax was performed on 9 patients with poststernotomy wound infection. The patients were infants aged 1 to 27 days (mean age 6 days) with weight from 2,3 to 3,6 kg (mean value 3,2 kg). RESULTS. The time of revealing the signs of incompetence of soft tissues of the thorax numbered 5-9 days. The duration of vacuum drainage was 5-14 days (mean value 9 days). Given period allowed clinicians to reach the effective wound cleansing and healing without problems after secondary closure. CONCLUSIONS.
