Минимально-инвазивная коррекция посттравматической деформации и стабилизация повреждённого сегмента играют важную роль в лечении и профилактике осложнений после травматических компрессионных переломов тел позвонков. МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ. Проведено ретроспективное исследование перспективно собранных данных о 25 пациентах с переломами тел позвонков A2-A3 за период 2014-2015 гг., которым осуществлена транскутанная транспедикулярная фиксация. Оценивали в динамике до и после операции величину кифотической деформации позвоночника (угол Кобба, сагиттальный индекс). РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Устранение травматической деформации грудного и поясничного отделов позвоночника уменьшило угол Кобба с 42º (39...44º) и 17º (8...24º) до 21° (20...23º) и 9º (5...14º) соответственно (р &lt; 0,01 ир &lt; 0,03). Значимой потери угла редукции в течение периода наблюдения не отмечено (р = 0,38 ир = 0,46). ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Чрескожная транспедикулярная фиксация является эффективным минимальноинвазивным методом лечения пациентов с травматическими компрессионными переломами тел позвонков A2-A3.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>OBJECTIVE. Minimally invasive correction of posttraumatic deformation and stabilization of damaged segment are important in treatment and prevention of complications after traumatic compression fractures of the vertebral bodies. MATERIAL AND METHODS. Retrospective study was made in 25 patients with A2-A3 fractures of the vertebral bodies at the period from 2014 to 2015. The patients underwent transcutaneous transpedicular fixation. The research was based on prospectively collected data. The authors evaluated the dynamics of kyphotic deformation of the spine (Cobb angle, sagittal index) before and after operation. RESULTS. The elimination of thoracic and lumbar spine traumatic deformation resulted in decrease of Cobb angle from 42º (39…44º) and 17º (8…24º) to 21º (20..23º) and 9º (5…14º), respectively (p &lt; 0,01 and p &lt; 0,03). There wasn’t noted any significant decrease of reduction angle (p =0,38 and p = 0,46). CONCLUSIONS.
