Разработать аппаратно-техническое обеспечение, позволяющее сохранять и поддерживать жизнеспособность органа в период от момента его забора у донора и до пересадки реципиенту. МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ. Было произведено доклиническое испытание экспериментального аппаратно-программного комплекса для нормотермической перфузии печени, разработанного в Центральном научно-исследовательском и опытно-конструкторском институте робототехники и технической кибернетики. РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. По итогам проведённых доклинических испытаний на свиной печени продемонстрировано, что нормотермическая перфузия позволяет восстанавливать функцию печени после 30-минутной тепловой ишемии и приводит к нормализации биохимических параметров функционирования органа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>OBJECTIVE. The authors aimed to develop complex perfusion medical device in order to successfully maintain viability of donor liver until transplantation. MATERIAL AND METHODS. Experimental perfusion device for normothermic perfusion donor’s liver was developed and tested in the Central Research and Experimental-design Institute of Robotics and Technical Cybernetics. RESULTS. The pre-clinical tests were performed on porcine liver.
