На основе данных литературы, а также собственных наблюдений оценить безопасность картирования моторной зоны коры с помощью навигационной транскраниальной магнитной стимуляции (ТМС) у больных с опухолями головного мозга.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Картирование моторной зоны коры с помощью навигационной ТМС выполнено 114 пациентам с супратенториальными опухолями головного мозга. Регистрировали любые возникшие во время и после исследования побочные эффекты и осложнения – эпилептические припадки, боль, слуховые, когнитивные нарушения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При анализе результатов 101 (90,4 %) пациент не предъявлял никаких жалоб во время исследования. Ни в одном из случаев судорожных припадков не отмечалось. Неприятные ощущения испытывали 11 (9,6 %) больных, из них 8 (72,3 %) человек отмечали легкую головную боль.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Навигационная ТМС хорошо переносится нейрохирургическими пациентами с опухолями моторной зоны коры головного мозга.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective is to assess the safety of motor mapping using navigated transcranial magnetic stimulation (nTMS) in patients with brain tumors based on the literature data and own observations.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The motor mapping with the help of navigated TMS was performed in 114 patients with supratentorial brain tumors. Side effects and complications, such as seizures, pain, hearing and cognitive changes during and after the procedure, were analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. 101 (90.4 %) patients did not notice any discomfort during the study. There was not any cases of seizures during and after the procedure. 11 (9.6 %) patients experienced discomfort, 8 (72.3 %) patients of them noticed a slight headache.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
