МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ. Данные  31 пациента с патологией тазобедренного сустава, которым было  выполнено первичное эндопротезирование с 2015  по 2017  г. в  клинике   травматологии  и  ортопедии  ПСПбГМУ  им.  И.  П.  Павлова.  РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Исследование  доказывает безопасность использования транексамовой кислоты  при  эндопротезировании тазобедренного сустава у больных, находящихся на  хроническом гемодиализе. ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Применение транексамовой кислоты  при эндопротезировании тазобедренного сустава  у  больных,  получающих  заместительную  почечную   терапию, позволяет  снизить кровопотерю. Эффективность составила  33  %  (p&lt;0,05).   Необходимо строго  придерживаться кратности введения транексамовой кислоты  и  корректировать дозу  препарата в  зависимости от  концентрации креатинина  в  крови.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The  OBJECTIVE  is to determine the  possibilities of using  tranexamic acid  for hip arthroplasty in patients receiving  renal replacement  therapy. MATERIAL AND METHODS.  The  material   for  the  study   was   based on  the  data   of  31  patients with pathology of the  hip who  underwent primary  total  hip arthroplasty from 2015  to 2017  at  the  Clinic of Traumatology and   Orthopedics  of  the  «Pavlov   First  Saint   Petersburg State  Medical  University».   RESULTS.   The  study   proves the safety   of  using   tranexamic  acid   for  total  hip  arthroplasty  in  chronic   hemodialysis patients.  CONCLUSION.   The   use of tranexamic acid  for hip arthroplasty in patients receiving  renal  replacement therapy allows  to  reduce blood  loss.  The efficacy  was  33  %  (p&lt;0.05).   It is  necessary to  strictly  adhere to  the  frequency of introduction  of tranexamic acid,  and dose  adjustment depending on  the  concentration of  blood  creatinine.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эндопротезирование тазобедренного сустава</kwd><kwd>пациенты на  гемодиализе</kwd><kwd>терминальная стадия почечной недостаточности</kwd><kwd>транексамовая  кислота</kwd><kwd>кровесбережение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hip arthroplasty</kwd><kwd>hemodialysis patients</kwd><kwd>terminal stage of renal failure</kwd><kwd>tranexamic acid</kwd><kwd>blood saving</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Министерство здравоохранения и социального развития РФ.
