Abstract
Abdominal aortic aneurysm was detected in 269 patients and 26 (9,6 %) of them had a coincidental malignancy. There were 25 (96,2 %) men and 1(3,8 %) woman of age from 46 to 88 years (on the average 67,9±1,7 years old). All of them had different accompanying diseases, influencing the choice of treatment strategy. More than half of patients (16 (61,5 %) had the advanced stage III or IV (3H) of cancer and three of them occupied the first place due to their wide occurrence: tumors of lung — 42,3 %, of stomach — 19,2 %, of large intestine — 11,5 %. The operations were performed in 8 patients with malignancy and in 2 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm. Two-step operations were performed in 4 patients, the simultant operation — in one patient.

Abstract
The relapse of ischemia was detected in 127 patients in clinical series after coronary bypass surgery. It was noted in terms from 1 month till 204 months. The basic clinical manifestation of the relapse of ischemia was the recurrence of heart stroke in 74,8 %. According to the data of coronary bypass angiography, the main cause of the ischemia relapse appears to be the dysfunction of early formed shunts in 64,6 % patients. The development of early thrombosis of autografts is substantially determined by the pool and degree of stenosis of shunt coronary arteries.

Abstract
The article describes the data of efficiency of catheter ablation of substrate of ventricular arrhythmias, performed in patients with ischemic heart disease and implanted cardioverter- defibrillator (ICD) in order to decrease the number of ICD therapy. An assessment of the follow-up study of 32 patients was made, the catheter ablations were performed in 10 of them. The statistically reliable number of ICD therapy and at the same time both «shock» and antitachycardia pacing decreased in the group of catheter ablation.

Abstract
The data of combined application of low invasive intervention on bilious tree were analyzed in 63 patients with the obstructive jaundice and cholangitis. An indication for operation and the option of performing multilevel drainage were validated in patients with the obstruction of bile-excreting system and cholangitis. The technique of percutaneous intraluminal biopsy of hepaticocholedoch with atherectomic camera was supposed. The data obtained allow the application of given approach during the treatment of patients with the severe stage of the disease.

Abstract
The preoperative transabdominal ultrasonics duplex scanning (UDS) of celiac artery was made in quiet breathing, in inspiration, in expiration, using vertical position in 180 patients. As well as the intra-abdominal UDS was made before the decompression of the celiac artery using the pulmonary ventilation during narcosis and relaxation. Peak systolic blood velocity, degree of stenosis, arterial pressure gradient in the celiac artery and volume blood velocity were hemodynamically significant in quiet breathing, in expiration and intraoperatively, reliably lower in inspiration in vertical position. It is important to use respiratory and orthostatic tests in diagnostics of compressive stenosis of the celiac artery. The data, which were obtained in quiet breathing using vertical position, should be taken into account in order to distinguish the compressive stenosis from atherosclerotic stenosis or other origin.

Abstract
The article reports the questions, which are associated with the interpretation of disease pathogenesis. The data are based on an analytical generalization of the follow-up study of 59 patients with necrotizing fasciitis in 2003–2011. The main component is stressed: disorders of microcirculation of superficial fascia as a result of thrombosis on basis of the hypercoagulation with outcome to necrosis, which was accompanied with POI syndrome, which manifested with severe form of sepsis (Hardaway theory) and can be considered as main cause of fatal outcome. The cause of high lethality is the not timely diagnostics and late performed operation.

Abstract
Prevalence and course of secondary hyperparathyroidism were studied in 616 patients with chronic renal disease. Disorders of mineral metabolism, which develop when person has chronic renal disease, appear at the early stage of the disease. They practically cannot be corrected on predialytic stage of treatment and lead to the development of parathyroid adenoma in patients with substitutive renal therapy by hemodialysis, that requires surgical treatment. Disorders of mineral metabolism regress after successful transplantation of the kidney practically in all cases.

Abstract
Retrospective analysis of data in 188 patients showed, that chronic nonspecific pulmonary disease was diagnosed in 65,4 % of all. Disorders of bronchial patency of different degrees of manifestation were noted in 61,2 % and 19,7 % of patients had a hypoxemia. Renal diseases were found in 59 % of patients, resulting in the development of chronic renal insufficiency in 17 %. The data obtained indicate, that the presence of coexisting pulmonary pathology directly influences the frequency and severity of respiratory complications after surgery, which can be the cause of fatal outcome. The presence of renal diseases results in three times higher risk of the development of postoperative renal complications.

Abstract
The data of the follow-up study of 60 patients with wounds of the neck are presented in this article. The authors describe the volume and severity of injuries of the neck and at the same time examine the difficulties of diagnostics and treatment. The scope of investigations, the necessity of consultation of «narrow» specialist, the volume of surgical handbook and the conservative therapy are determined. The significance of the up-to-date methods of instrumental researches, such as computed tomography, Doppler tomography, are emphasized particularly for evaluation of the injury volume.
